Not a good idea in my opinion. Even though you aren't removing the barbells, you can still have problems from this.
Usually during the first 3-4 months the piercings can become swollen and irritate as they heal. The nipple shield can cause pressure to be put on the piercing causing discomfort and even slow healing time. It will irritate the piercing, make it harder to clean and its not suggested that you do this until at least 3-4 months have gone by.

Nipple piercings take a LONG time to heal [I usually hear about 3-6 months to heal completely through, though on the surface they seem done sooner]; they aren't like earlobe piercings. The more they're abused, the longer it'll take. Using nipple shields would definitely complicate the process due to the added weight and movement, and probably raise the chance of having the piercings keloid over [which you definitely don't want]. Wait until they're fully healed before doing anything, and keep in mind that even after healing is complete if you leave the jewelry out they close up relatively quickly.

I would wait, nipples take a long time to heal so don't over do it. I know you wouldn't move the barbell but you cant get in there to clean to well with the shield on.

Each to their own, it may or may not hurt. Personally, mine didn't. I'm only young and spontaneously went to the tattoo studio to decide to get my nipple peirced, and walked out with 2 nipples peirce and no pain The peircer literally marked out the position, numbed it and then clamped it, then a needle was in and our in seconds, it didn't bleed, on a scale of 1-10 it hurt 2 (I think cartlidge peircings hurt more!!) The heeling is fine as long as you are hygienic and care for it, I used a oil based one and a very watery solution, and 4 weeks of this use made the peircings non painful! The first week of the peircings made my nipples swell however this didn't hurt??the only pain I can say is catching the nipple bar on something e..g in the shower on a loafer!! 100% get it done, don't hold back and think about it or it will put you off :)

i'm looking at all the shields i sell and i don't think it would be possible to put any of them on without taking the barbell out of the nipple. you should wait a couple more weeks to be on the safe side.

dear god no! first of all you have a new open wound on your body touch it as little as possible! You sont want anything near them that isnt clean and sterile and i doubt most sheilds can be autoclaved. I've had my nips pierced for jst over a yr and am only now considering nipple sheilds. It took me almost 3 months before they were fully healed. Also, keep in mind that once you do decide to use sheilds they are only for decoration, not for constant use. If in any more doubt contact your piercer I am sure they can clear anything else up for you.

wait until the full healing time has passed. if you put the shields on now your piercings may stretch.

2 weeks isnt a long time. i reckon to be safe just leave them in a couple more weeks. or betta yet wait till they are fully healed. i got mine done and its just easier to wait till they are fully healed before you start playing around with them. you actually shouldnt even be touching them at all unless your in the shower. and dont twist them or move them, as the cells inside your nipple need to heal and buy moving them around it delays the process.

are they healed? no offense, but unless you've got a great immune system, they're probably not healed and adding shields will just irritate them and delay healing. wait another month or so.

no
you have a puncture wound that needs as much oxygen as possible in order to heal
I know how it is
you want to dress it up and all
but just be patient
give it some time to heal completely
best of luck
