i wish people would take this question seriously. i doubt your cat isn't eating because its mad. when cats don't or won't eat its due to infection or illness. take the kitty to the vet and get it checked out. like a couple other people pointed out, there is a pet food recall due to rat poison found in the food. better safe than sorry. try feeding the cat treats. if it won't eat those either theres something serious going on. good luck

well have you ask this person what he or she done to the cat why, isnt the cat hadnt eaten. maybe when you go out town. maybe some thing did happen . like youre cat can cause that had changed his habits not to eat her cat food and end up eatting some thing else instead. well i think you should not ask this person again to watch over youre cat anymore if youre going plan to go out town again . have one of youre closer friends to baby sit the cat least. tommarrow you should call youre veterinary and set a appointment to bring youre cat and have it check what wrong.

I imagine they did nothing to the cat, he is probably annoyed at you for going away. Make sure biscuits and water are always available and fresh food at the same time every evening. If he doesn't eat the fresh food take it
away, leaving the biscuits. He will soon be eating again soon.Good Luck

Take it to the vet, maybe it has kidney failure like the hundreds of others from eating tainted cat food....

My first concern would be that they may have kidney failure from tainted food.
They also might be Punishing you for leaving them. When they want to eat, they will. If you want to tempt them, I gave my cat baby food--the kinds without garlic powder or onion flakes. They ate that, then I only treated them ever so often & gave them their regular food.

take kitty to the vet to be on the safe side. they can check for food poisoning from the big recall of moist and sliced cat food

Take it to the vet! A cat not eating is serious and means it's unwell and can damage their liver (hepatic lipidosis), it must be seen by a vet.

uhh... did you hear about the big pet food recall? perhaps your cat was fed some of the affected (poisoned) food. you should find out -- perhaps take your cat to a vet to be tested for kidney failure.
