if your question is for real take a piece of pipe drill a hole in it thread a rope through it then attach a weight on rope then roll the pipe with your hands rolling weight up and down .

Train the whole body. That is your best bet. I am a trainer. Thing of doing the big Four: Bench;Squat;Deadlift;Powerclean. I promise you weight gain in the muscle area and bigger, stronger wrists...Good luck.

Wrist curls with either dumbbell or barbel.
Plus eat much to put extra fat on the wrists. Wrists have so little muscle, so they will be hard to train. Train your forearm and it will gain mass to your wrist.

Not really, there isn't much muscle around your wrists, you would probably need to get fatter to have bigger wrists

get a light set of dumbells and rotate your wrists. keep doing this and every week get a heavier set of dumbells and your wrists will get much stronger.
