My husband is in iraq and he is trying to get his orders to get out of the army 6 months early because he is going to college, so can i get the ETS orders for him? Or will he have to wait until he gets back..i have the power of att. and all that

If he's deployed they're not going to let him out early to go to school. You can't apply in his stead, either, because the army won't accept that, since he has regular access to his command.

If he's deployed, he's stoplossed, and he's not going anywhere until he gets back with his unit and reintegrates. He can apply, but they'll likely treat him poorly for the rest of the time he's in his unit.

You can not get the orders he will have to and all because i had 2 do that one time for my ex husband and i couldnt he was the one that had 2 and all.

Nope. Even with a POA this isn't something you can do.

I mean feel free to check and hopefully prove us wrong but I have never heard of it being done.
