Yes they can use the same hair color, but the results would vary depending on the type of natural hair the persons have. For instance, I have colored my hair many times, the most recent was a more reddish brown because of my naturally red highlights. This interaction caused my hair to go a little bit darker than what was on the box, but in the sun, shows lighter and alot more red because of the colors mixed in with my highlights.
Any color type can be used for hair dye, but the results, as I said before, will vary on the persons natural haircolor. Also take into effect if you have colored your hair before, and have not waited the usual 6 to 8 weeks to do a touch up, you may have different results as well.

Yes...but only if the one with dark hair has NO color on her hair. Since that would be going lighter, and color does not lift color.....if she has color in her hair, it will not work at all, she would have to go darker . The one with the lighter hair could use it either way since she would be going darker anyway. The color doesnt "know" if it should lighten or darken. But there is developer in color that (depending on the natural hair) will either deposit or lighten to get the desired result. And the developer is different in each hair color. If you were going to use a dark brown the developer would be low...because it wouldnt really need to lift. But a blonde color would have a stronger developer since it would need to lift to get to the lighter color.

ooooo, sounds well. something color you prefer regardless that, the hair will have to be pre lightened with bleach to get probably the most daring and colourful final result. the extra ordinary choices could be a copper or caramel color which will also be accomplished with bleach on my own, nevertheless, in my revel in (was a hairdresser) the colors that flip probably the most heads are crimson and blue. simply sensible best, scattered highlights via the to or a couple of chunky ones all via will appear strong and you probably have slightly of texture further for your bob (lengthy layers) then it is going to exhibit off the color during x well success and dont fail to remember to file again with the last verdict XD
