The purpose of the fellowship of the church is to refresh the soul. I think you have made a good choice. There's some pretty twisted people in here.

Saying what you feel is probably the first step to finding yourself. I wonder where I leave off and God begins. Usually I find there's alot of groping and flailing before anything resembling answers come to you about how not to feel negative and in control. I can't really say much about your immediate problem concerning do I care?, but I relate to it And think much of the answer involves hanging out with people and voicing whatever comes out of your mouth. I go to church and have no inclinging about what's going to happen there I just know that it's a different environment then I usually in and I just let God do what he does everywhere and do it here. Strangely, the results seem to be better when I'm at Church concerning God. Keep plowing we've all been there and I'll be feeling like you soon enough.

Hmmmm ... I would say the ignorance and hate from Christians (on and off YA) reminds me why I LEFT Christianity.

where are you going to find christians that aren't trying to force their religion on others...surely not at a Christian church.

Uh, from what I've been observing, most of the ignorant and hateful people here are Christians.

You have your views and I respect that...
but don't expect church to be any different.
In my experience it can have more people who are ignorent and judgemental per capita.
