Sweety stay away from boys who are taken. If you gave him a love letter and he has not said a word to you then isn't that a sign. MOVE ON.

if he likes you he would of wrote back and he would walk and talk to you instead of the girl who is suppose to be his girlfriend but if he acts like he can't talk to you or write back just move on cause every female is beautiful in their own way and i know you like someone else besides him and don't worry about it cause you will find someone who is better in many ways who likes you for you

Sorry, but already it doesn't sound like he does. Unless they're unhappy in their relationship, he only digs her.
I can't offer you much advise on this one, 'cept just hold on to him, but not too tight..in casse you have to let go.
