Does anyone know what a wang-wang is??

I heard someone ask their friend what a wang-wang was and now i am curious to know what it is! Is it a drink, food, place, what is it? if it is a food or drink what does it have in it??

Actually, it is more likely that they are referring to Ylang Ylang oil, which is an infused aromatic oil made from a plant. It smells very nice and can be used to make excellent candles and soap.
