I get the impression you are asking if girls like long hair on boys....is that correct?
If so, I think many girls are accepting of boys with most hair lengths as long as it is kept CLEAN and has some style to it. As far as in the eyes, no one should cover their eyes with their hair. Eyes can reveal a great deal about a person.

depends on the guy, but i think short hair is WAAAY sexier, and is always sexy 'cause it just makes a guy look sharp (i'm thinking really short, cropped hair). It's good when a guy is trying to look professional or trying to look fly for a party or something. long hair (like "in your eyes", as you said) can be hot on some guys, i suppose, but only in a disheveled, just-rolled-out-of-bed kinda way. i think of scruffy skaters or surfers when i think of long hair. that's not necessarily a bad thing, but it depends what look you're going for. short hair makes a guy look more put together and mature, in my opinion.

you would be able to look quite stable with that hair. only improve it out till it reaches the backside of your eyes or you precise cheek bones, and than print out pictures and pass to a hair stylist and ask to get that shrink. And to get it like "area swept" so it grows to the area, only push the hair out of your eyes to the area and after 3 weeks of doing that (not pulling only pushing or swishing your head to which ever area you like your hair to augment to) it is going to start transforming into that way. And in the adventure that your hair isn't of direction immediately, straighten it.

as far as women go, what ever looks good. some long hair can be a fire hazzard.
