I haven't found a shaped cake pan but did a search for images of hello kitty cakes and found lots of ideas...very cute too! They do sell toppers at some stores for decorating a cake, but I'd look at some of these ideas and see if one of them suits you. Some have made a kitty face which shouldn't be too hard...some decorated the tops of cakes with the image. Anyway, it can be fun to see what you can create from regular pans. I used to do that when my kids were young and they loved it.

I'm not sure but Hello Kitty is very popular in China. Try a household store in the Chinatown section of you city should you have one.

Crafts store called "Michael's" They have a cake section. Otherwise check Ebay.

Apparently www.cakechannel.com has them, although I have never tried to purchase one from there. If not-your best bet would be ebay.
