i was born with naturally thick hair and it remained that way for a while, but now my hair is getting thinner and thinner because it falls out really easily and if I just run my hands through my hair, hair comes out. I'm a junior in high school....sooo anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to stop it? I like my thick hair *sniff*

Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Hair and nails will grow due to ACV' s 93 vitamins and minerals. Very inexpensive too. Tastes nasty but its worth it. My hair and nails would grow to a certain length and then breakoff. Now with the ACV I have long flowing hair and people think my nails are fake. No more hairs in my comb or brush.

Severe hair problems may cause anguish.Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp. Wring out a towel in hot water and wrap it on the head. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Did you have a change in your diet? Are you on any type of medication? Stress is also a factor. also, your hair could be going through a shedding period. As far as stopping it you can't. You have to let it take it's course.

do you straighten your hair??? that could be it. My hair was coming out alot too so, i stopped straightening my hair for a while and it got better. I just wore it natural for a while and when i got it straightened again it was thicker.
