Donuts come in different calorie ranges. Starting at Hostess Plain at 140 to Entenmann's Dark Chocolate Frosted at 280. I'm sure there are some that go higher than that.

I saw on tv once that a single doughnut has more fat and calories than a person should have in 1 day!!!! I have never forgotten that! Uuuggghh!!

It depends on what type. It can be from 115-280! Doughnuts are the single worst "food" you can eat. They are, at their simplest, fried, bleached flour with sugar. High in fat and carbs. Absolutley NO nutritional value what so ever. DAMN, I want one right now!!!!

If you do not know the energy, do not consume it when you consider that you do not know what harm you're doing in your vitamin. Eat chocolate as an alternative, when you consider that you'll degree out the energy, or have an ice cream bar, scoop of ice cream, and so forth.
