Your question is one that I have seen Jehovah's Witnesses ask before. Is there a chance you are one?
It really depends on the individual. Just because you feel one way doesn't mean that others won't. For example you may have heard about people who have friends or family killed and they do something to memoralise them. Some of the more extreme get a tattoo depciting their loved one.
These things aren't glorifying the way the person was killed. Rather they are to remember the people. To remind people that this person was on earth. To honour them after they have died.

Considering the fact that Jesus's sacrifice was possibly the most beautiful thing God ever gave us, I don't think he'd mind too much. Especially when you consider the fact that while he was up on that cross he took all the sins of the world and paid for them so we wouldn't have to.

If they wore it as a form of respect that this person has done something great, I would feel proud. However, if it's a form of sarcasm, I will feel hurt and sad.
