I think they are 15x7.5 and bolt pattern of 5x5.5 , but not sure. Does anyone know where I could find a set of four? Painted metal with center caps or alloys.

Discount Tire's web site (discounttires.com) shows that pick-up came from the factory with two different tire sizes. They both take a 15" wheel but depending on the tire size, the wheel can be anywhere from 6" to 8" wide. Check out the web site and enter your tire size to see the wheels option available for your tire size. Good luck - Gary
