Hello. I drive people around part time. A few women had a night out at a casino. I was dropping them off and the last one needed help to her door. She would have fallen a few times if I hadn't been by her side. She couldn't make it up her steps. I helped her in her house. Then she started looking at me like she wanted me to seduce her. I made sure she was sitting in a chair and then I left. I was nervous - she did say she had a boy friend.
Anyway - should I have made sure she was lying down? Should I have brought her to her bed? She didn't grop me or anything - but her looks said everything. Or was I right just to leave her sitting in case she did something she'd regret if she were sober?

By the way - this woman is a older than me and I only go for my age or younger. Also - I'm gay! So there is no way I was attracted to her. I guess my real conflict is fear of being set up for a law suit vs wanting to make sure she is ok.

You did everything right! Under no circumstances should you have put her in her bed. That would be very inappropriate, You went out of your way to make sure that she was safe at home and went out. It was a class act.

Well, considering your job is to drive people around, I'm guessing that playing babysitter to drunk women isn't part of your job description... you got her into the house, you got her sitting down... that doesn't sound like you did anything wrong, per se.
It might have been better if you got her to lie down on her side, maybe with a trashcan near her head in case she threw up or something. But I don't think you did anything wrong.

Wow, what an uncomfortable situation. You did the right thing. It is never, ever good to mix business and pleasure - if you do, it will come back to haunt you. Trust me, I've made that mistake.
It's good of you to make sure your clients get home safely, but you should also take care to make sure that no one ever makes false accusations towards your chivalry. You're in a very delicate situation that could make you the hero or the villain.
Always use your brain, but continue to be chivalrous...good luck!

O jeez... that's a situation...
I think it was great that you didn't do anything wrong. Maybe you can the doorbell if she had neighbors (that may have caused problems depending where you are though)...
I don't think you'll get into any problems, you didn't do anything.
