family unity, and that crazy habit of deporting spouses of american citizens, those of us dealing with immigration first hand, know that most of you don't really understand how bad it is because you only hear whats on TV , propaganda) so my question is really for the people who have had their familys distroyed by this monster group, are their any true reform plans in the works that would help people in this life time, thank you so much.

The ones who say come here legal i'm very sure would trade 10 years of their life in waiting for a visa, and be willing to be apart from their wife for that many years as well,,,,,,,,,, thank you so much.

I wish we could speed up processing of those who come legally, but the huge amount of illegal immigration and marriage fraud has made the system tighter.
We need MORE not less deterrent for illegal immigration. You are a living example of how entitled people feel when they are breaking the law. How could they put their families in this situation?
Just as bank robbers are separated from their families when they go to jail, it is not the government's 'fault' when our laws are enforced.

I am reminded of a phrase - 'Don't do the crime if you can't pay the time.'
You can call it "crazy" and "a monster group" - but the point is that it is the LAW. To follow the laws or break them are choices that people make every day. It isn't like the law isn't known. It is just ignored by way too many.
How about reform of those that break the law - they reform and quit doing it. Obey the laws. Quit trying to get around them and just follow them. Take personal responsibility for the choices that are made vs. trying to make others out as some sort of villain.

Nope,sorry...no plans on the table. Anyone in this country illegally knows they have a chance of getting deported. They are the ones that are the cause of the problem for their family, not INS.If they really cared about their family, they would come here legally so their family doesn't have to suffer the consequences.
No one seems to care that there are people going to jail every day for their criminal acts. That breaks up families too.Maybe we should just not jail anyone that has a family,no matter what the crime. We wouldn't want to be called monsters for putting a murderer in jail.
I have no sympathy for people who knowingly break the law.

I came to the US in 1978.
It took years of paperwork, filing forms and attending interviews.
They checked my police record, tax records, bank records, family history, medical history,....you get the point, right?
My wife and children went through the identical process.
We are all now American citizens.
It was a long, arduous, difficult process.
So I say to ANYONE - regardless of where you originated from - if you or your spouse is here illegally, GET OUT!
You are ruining it for decent law-abiding folks who go through hell and back to get here.
They deserve the opportunity.
Illegal entrants DO NOT.
Any other questions?

Immigration officers only deport those aliens who violate the laws of this country. To blame immigration officers for doing their job enforcing the laws that Congress and the President passed, is stupid!!!
They are the criminals, immigration officers are the good guys!

If they are illegal, they are illegal. The government is just trying to help keep this Country a safe place. Not monsters, just doing what our laws say.

No they are getting split up because of the choices they made...not from people just being mean.
If they were legally here...they wouldn't have this problem.
