is meatballs and spag the only ingredience you have? can you add some bread and put the meatballs in, then salad then ketchup then last slice of bread (or use a long bread role).
Or try cooking up th meatballs and sauce, adding in beans, spring onions, diced pepper and finish by pouring over fresh toast
Or try sizzling up some onions in a little oil. Wait until they are browned and add the meatballs and sauce, you can then - when heated, drip in some worcester sauce (or lea and perrins sauce) and serve, You can even add in some cooked rice for more substanance if your really hungry.
you may also want to sprinkle over some grated sheese and put under the grill for a bit.
Also try adding in bacon (already cooked)
or serve hot with a jacket potato and add over the top sour cream and chives or cottege cheese

Osso Bucco. Made with Veal shank or if you don't like to eat baby cows, just get a beef shank. About $1.50 a pound. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta. Look up the recipe at: http://teriskitchen.com/veal/ossobucco.html. This is one of the best I've found. You can leave out the wine and even some of the stranger spices and the optional garnish and it'll still be good.

We make pizza sandwiches. Buy hot-dog buns, provolone cheese, cotto salami, pepperoni, & pizza sauce. (You don't have to use hot dog buns, but they are cheap. We sometimes use sliced steak rolls.) Layer everything onto the bottom bun, and put the top on. Wrap it in foil and bake until the cheese is melted. If you want your bread toasted open up the foil for a few minets. You don't have to use pizza sauce. You could layer some sliced tomato, lettuce, and pickles instead. It's very good also with ranch or italian dressing. Don't put the dressing on until it's done cooking. My family loves these.

Make a Meat Loaf with your usual recipe but add the filling from one Italian Sausage. Have you tried the "Near East" rice mixes? One of my favorites is the Spanish Rice Mix. Then put some fresh vegetables together as a salad.

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/LAgzj
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.

Meatloaf

Pork Chops....brown them on each side for about ten minutes in a little oil. Brush honey dijon mustard on one side. Bake in an oven for 15 minutes, dijon side up.

Serve with Au Gratton potatoes and peas.

Chicken breasts, flatten the breasts (boneless) cut into strips. Soak the strips in buttermilk. Cover in flower. Cook in oil for 3 1/2 minutes on each side. Serve with mashed potatoes.

California pot roast or steak roast, simple and delicious. If you have a crock pot even easier. Place an inexpensive cut of steak (chuck steak or stew meat) in crock pot or dutch oven (covered pot for stove top). Pour one can of cream of mushroom soup, one envelope of onion soup flakes (better yet, a small, fresh, diced onion) and a couple of shakes of Worcestershire sauce. Cover crock pot or dutch oven. If crock pot, turn on low, and at the end of your day, oil`a! Tender tasty meal with built in gravy. Make rice or potato and pour gravy over it. (If Dutch oven, simmer on low for about 3 hours). Bon Appetito!
