Yes femals cockaties, lovebirds, parakeets, etc can lay eggs without a male being present.
This is how I learned "Buddy" my peach faced lovevird was a female about 10 years ago.
The eggs will be infertile of course.

Cockatiels are well known egg factories as you've discovered ^.^ . Cockatiels will produce eggs whether or not if there's a male, though in your case the eggs will be infertile. You may want to watch how much calcium your girls get as if they don't get enough, their bodies start taking calcium out of the birds' bones. In severe cases they're so low on calcium that the weight of standing on their own legs will break bones. I wouldn't worry about that unless your girls are laying hundreds of eggs.

All birds can lay infertile eggs without males. Chicken eggs that are infertile are eaten all the time. In order to have fertile eggs that hatch into chicks, your girls need to have sex with a male cockatiel successfully. have a great day everyday. And so the saying goes about the birds and the bees....

If you dont provide anything to nest in,like a nestbox, for example, when she does lay,you shouldnt have too many problems. She still may mate and lay eggs.Give her fake ones to sit on when she isnt looking in place of the real ones:")Don't give her anything to shred in the cage, offer different toys.Have them up 12 hours, and covered twelve hours, and this should hamper them enough to where you dont get babies you dont want.Additionally, only pet a bird on its head to avoid making it hormonal, and dont hold them in your hand.Female Cockatiels dont get along well when introduced together due to hormones. If you would like another Female, she will need her own cage, and I would do separate playtimes outside the cage to avoid issues at first.

2 female cockatiels in the same cage CAN have eggs but they will NEVER hatch for they are not fertile.for there is no male to fertilize the eggs UNLESS the male is impotent.

a female can lay unfertilized eggs without a male present (like chickens) but just in case its probably a good idea to have a dna test done to make sure of the sexes
