I love my children so much, and if I didn't have them, I would just fall apart. My children show me that I can retake my own childhood and have fun. I just love having the excuse of eating mac and cheese, I have a hair dresser who doesn't charge anything...my two year old. Haha, I have the excuse of just going outside and playing/ walking with my children and staying healthy instead of staying inside embarrassed of what people might think of me. I'm glad my children don't care if I look like a zombie or if my car is dirty. When I'm at the play area's and I'm playing peak a boo with my 1 yr old, she gives me that heart stopping laugh and giggle. She doesn't care if I'm the only parent in a tunnel in the play place. My children swarm me and want my love and affection, and that makes me feel like the most important person. How about you?

Ditto to all of it. You have expressed your love for your children in such beautiful words that it brought tears to my eyes.
I was just thinking this week that I can't believe how much I never wanted children as I was growing up...I can't even imagine life with out my daughter now, and in a couple of weeks/months, my partner and I are going to try for another baby.
I think it's great that I'm not the only mom who goes into the play tunnels...do you go down the spiral slide too?
You are definitely a great mom, keep up the good work! And here's a star for your question!

Well...... Its really hard to say it in words. There's nothing like being a parent. I came in from labor room and they gave me my baby to be breastfed. They lay her down in her cot beside my bed and told me to feed her when she came awake. It was around 12:00am then and when they came in at 3:00 am to check in I was still staring at her. Every single second felt like a treasure. I loved every sight of her. And I didn't sleep a second from 12:00 to 3:00 just because I didn't want to miss seeing her. At 3 the nurse came and took her away shouting at me that I needed sleep after a 12 hour labor but I didn't want to. So you can understand how I felt. I forgot all the pain and all the trouble I had to go through in flash of seconds (I had fertility problems and it took me 4 years to concieve) And still every single day brings in something new. I love every second that I am with her. And I would love to do it again after some time. I really knew that people love their children but love can be so intense. I didn't know that..... I understood what love means after my baby. Of course I love my hubby but love for a child is greater than love for anyone. I don't know how my daughter will be after she's big but I know that my love for her will never ever become less. Well this was the good part of having a baby. There have been some hard times too. like issues of breastfeeding and her loosing weight and my milk not being enough for her. And when she got sick. But the good part is so good that the bad part doesn't really matter. Its been a little more than 7 months and I've seen so much with her. I began to respect my parents even more after becoming a parent. I wonder sometimes how I could be so rude to my mother at times who did all this for me. I love her even more now.

I couldn't agree more!!! My child is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I can't wait to have some more. Honestly, it is amazing to know that someones life depends on you and you have the opportunity to shape them into who they will be in the future. It is such a great feeling!!!

Having kids are great and they do make you remember when you were a child and all the fun you had. But we have to teach them right form wrong and teach them to be safe. Its great but also scary as HELL worrying about them when they are not there.
