Not that I know of because when you take the physical part of that is a color blindness test and saw a guy not pass only 1 of them and was told he could not join. But this was 8 yrs ago so who knows.

You can enlist, but there are jobs they will not let you do such as anything that has to do with electronics (you have to see the color of wires) As far as West Point, I have no Idea, other than it is hard to get in.
