Dip two metal spoons into cold water. Freeze them for a few minutes, and apply them to your eyes; the spoon shape will fit perfectly into the area around your eyes, and the swelling will go down

Soak some tea bags (regular tea) in water then apply them to your eyes. The tanic acid in them reduces the puffiness. You can also try the trick the models use - Preparation H! Apply it at night because it's very greasy but it's made to reduce swelling and works well. Gently wash it off in the morning.

I use tea bags or cold spoons to take away puffy eyes.
