Well of course he likes you. Now keep in mind that it could be as a friend, co worker or lovey feeling way. So if you also feel comfortable with him, let him know and find out what is the deal. *** Now also keep in mind that work relationships can be awkward and weird also can lead to bad and uncomfortable situations or even difficult ones when things go wrong. So be careful were you stand.

Ok it doesn't necessarily mean that he wants a relationship with you. It means he likes you yes...but that's it. don't read anything more into it as there is nothing more to read into it. He doesn't know you well enough to know if he would want a relationship with you.
