This has just been in the last two or three weeks and is only on the right side of my lower back. Other recent symptoms include grossly excessive flatulence, bloody stool, & small, fragmented stool. I have not had a solid movement in those three weeks. I have movements 2-4 times a day right now instead of once a day.

Three weeks and you havent been to the doctor? Aughhh. You might be anemic by now after losing all that blood.
The reason can be anything
Conditions for stool, bloody
Colorectal Cancer
Diarrhea
Diverticular Disease
Food Poisoning
Gastritis
Peptic Ulcer
Ulcerative Colitis
Go to the doctor . Tell somebody because the doctor might want to keep you in the hospital for assessment or treatment.

Something is definitely wrong. Why don't you see your doctor? We are not medical people, and I am not qualified to diagnose your problem. It could be something serious, or nothing to worry about, but I'd certainly get a medical opinion in case it is serious. Bloody stools are definitely not normal. See your doctor without further delay.
