my boyfriend and i have been together for 5 years and we have a 3 year old boy. he is from spain but not legal here in the us and i am us citizen. we both live in california. what is the easiest way for me to legalize him? please only serious answers! thanks

what else? marry him or just come up though mexico and he can stay as long as he likes and he can even rub it in our faces when he gets a business loan and he can't even speak english

Just marry him, he will have a green card in less than 6 months.

having a 3 year old son is even better for proof of relationship

Apparently, he thinks so little of you that he will have a child with you but won't marry you, even though it would get him legal status! dump him!

Well, the easiest way is for you to petition him as your fiancee, but then he would have to return to Spain for I don't know how long. And let me just make a comment to the anti-illegals in this forum, nothing against you:

AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT FROM EUROPE? IT CANT' BE!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ALL FROM MEXICO!!!!!!!!!
