We have one that is just like yours and her name is Penolope, but I call her Ms. Puss, Fatty Patty, and PT Cruiser. Bless her heart she really doesn't know what her name is, but she knows she is well loved and she gives us hours of fun and laughter. We had her spayed and she has really put on the weight, hence the Fatty Patty name, but I am a chubby gal too, so we all get a laugh out of it. And the Ms. Puss name is because of her attitude and she does have one. And since her weight gain, when she hunches down she looks like a PT Cruiser. Just watch her for a few days and a name will come to you that fits her.

I named my gray and white kitten Pita because he's a Pain In The A$$! I'm beginning to wonder if Ritilin would help!!! (Just kidding about the Ritilin!).
Cats learn their name more quickly if you use one with the "ee" sound, such as Pita, Pete, Deke...Of course, yelling, "CAT" usually get their attention, as well!

My daughter wanted to give a cat a biblical name. I referred her to the part of the bible where everybody is begatting everybody else. She came up with the name, "Nebuccanezer,", (( You gotta be kidding))) but we learned to call the cat "Nebi" and that cat sure gave us a lot of pleasure. (( 17 years) Also grey and white.

My dogs is conscious my sons call. I ask her to discover Oskar and she runs to him. that is in all likelihood because he's purely slightly one and that i'm consistently asserting his call, and were at residing house an outstanding form of the day so she's listening to me call his call a lot :)
