I am from the south and I think a lot of people take what their mother and father say and think they are right. Some time it not their thought it what they have been taught. I don't think that their is anything wrong with being with the opposite color. We are all human. You cut a black person he bleed red blood, cut a white person he bleed red blood also. So what is the different none. We the people make the different.

If a person loves someone i don't care what others say real love hasn't a color and i don't see anything wrong with it. I dated a white guy for 9yrs. i loved him then and i still love him and care about him in my heart we went our separate ways but he was good to me and i didn't care what people thought neither did he and I'm from the south but yes the looks and the stares were there but we didn't care because we were together. And people that try to cause so much of a dispute need to focus more on their own personal lives than trying to keep everyone else apart because this is a new generation were people have the freedom to love whom they choose to love and that's what their gonna do.

People who cannot move beyond the divil war have no place in this day and age, they should become almish (no offence to the Almish folks out there).
Living in Asia, I see Asian/Caucasian couples everywhere, nobody even blinks at that, but that's also since there are strict laws applied here for not being biased because of race - if the USA didn't allow such discrimination to begin with it wouldn't be a problem.
Personally I have no problem with it, after all, we're all people, not so? Plus, who are we to judge anyone else's life?

I don't see anything wrong with it, but I personally wouldn't date someone of another race. It's just how i am. I am not attracted to black guys. I don't think those of us up north have as much of a problem as it than people down south. I have a friend who lives in Alabama but goes to school in Mississippi and he said in both states there's a lot of racism.

I have absolutely no problem with interracial couple, matter of fact i love it when i see a white and black couple on the street...i think it shows strength and true love...
For the people looking down on the relationship, i think they would think/say (both black and white),"Out of all things our ancestors have been through, and they are going to go ahead and do this, and undo everything they fought so hard for and against!"

It's hard enough for couples to get along with each other even when they have a lot in common. Add to that the prejudice and social stigma they could stir up within their families and in many communities, and the odds are stacked even more heavily against them. A lot of people also take issue with creating mixed children. Are they black? Are they white? Who/what groups do they relate to? Is it fair to bring mixed children into the world?
Note: these are not necessarily my opinions, but rather viewpoints I've heard over and over throughout my life.

I dont think there is a problem with it. I am currently in an interacial relationship. I am quite happy. Family doesn't like it, but I am the one that makes the final choice.

those who have a problem with interracial couple are ignorant, there's nothing weird about it. People should be able to look past the color.
