This guy I work with claims to like me, but everytime I get on the phone he asks if I'm talking to my boyfriend, I have told him no repeatedly I don't have a boyfriend. He has my phone number but hasn't called my so why would he care if I have a boyfriend, why would he ask.

That's a form of flirting hun1 He is using that to make conversation, but also be skeptical because most of the guys who use that to flirt may either have a girlfriend or be talking to a girl!

He doesn't know what else to say. He probably thinks your to good for him and that you would rather be with someone else. He likes you or he wouldn't care. He just is nervous. Maybe he is just surprised you don't have one and this is his way of dealing with it. Let him know it bothers you.

posibly before he got involved with someone who lied to him and he ended up being the other guy. (not a good fealing) so yeah. or posibly your to preaty to belive that your single. be bold ask him out to a movie. see what he does.
