Well I talked my boyfriend into getting a peircing (just the one through the skin under the shaft) and I love it but every once in a while it did cause me some pain. (I guess I loved the look more) And it cause him a great deal of pain during sex too so he ended up taking it. Best thing to do is leave it the way it is you can't have sex for a while after getting it and then the only way to spare you the pain is to take it out everytime you go to have sex and the kinda defeats the purpose.

Anybody see the Grey's Anatomy episode where the man with the ring hooked on the woman with the IUD or something to that effect...may never happen, but the image is enough to ruin your fun....oh, sorry.

Dude, be very careful with those.
A buddy of mine had it done. One time during work he went to get up, and the next thing we know he fell to the floor in SEVERE pain.
Turns out his piercing got caught in his undies, and when he stood it up, it got caught, twisted and pulled. YIKES!
We still make fun of him to this day. LOL!

Hmm. I guess straight men get them, but the only men I know who get a PA are gay. It's really for the enjoyment of the wearer.
