I have dark purple spots on my upper inner thighs there about the size of a quarter to just a small speck I can get pus ,blood, and a clear liquid out of the they are painful sometimes the pus is a black color and it is very hard

It sounds like you have to see a doctor. I recommend a dermatologist, because they'll be able to treat the problem directly, as it seems to be a skin condition. It sounds as though you're getting some kind of cysts there, and your doctor will probably drain and/or inject (with a corticosteroid solution, to help bring down the inflammation) any you have, then give you some oral antibiotics to clear up any infection under the skin that remains. It's very important not to let something like this fester, because you can develop a bad infection or an abscess. It's better to see the doctor now, even if you have to pay, rather than wait until you need a major procedure or develop an infection that spreads.

Until you see the doctor, don't try to drain them on your own. Soak in a warm, shallow bath for about 20 minutes a few (3-4) times a day and keep your skin clean. Don't wear tight clothing. Take a regular pain reliever if they are especially painful to sit on or walk around with.

Your doctor will help you clear this up, and best of luck to you in the meantime!
