I do believe in every state now the age to gamble is 21. There may be a few exeptions to some Indian Casinos. Also if you live near NY then the age is 19 in Canada casinos.

I lived in South Florida for 15 years and the small gambling boats that I went on the age was 18, but I believe the bigger boats like cruise ships I know to gamble you have to be 21.

I have heard that you have to be 21 to collect your winnings, so technically if you are 18 and older you can have someone who is older than 21 collect your winnings, I am not 100 percent sure this is just something I heard.

I'm pretty sure that if you are old enough to walk into a casino, you can go on a casino boat.
