blonde wanting to be brown!?

Question

I have blonde hair, I want to go brown because I think it's soo pretty. I did it before but on my own from a box dye.. the color was nice but I looked weird cause my eyebrows are almost white! So I hated it. I went back to blonde, but I'm still wanting dark hair. How should I go about doing this? I've been told dying your eyebrows is a complete hassel and a mess. Should I dye it another color? My eyes are brown.. I'm tan.. why can't my darn eyebrows be visible!! ha! Any comments/advice will be nice! Thanks

well i say if you think youll look good as a brunette, then go for it.

as for your eyebrows, dye your hair a more ash brown (which has a little bit of a dirty blonde in it and some lighter spots on top of brown).

the ashy brown will make your eyebrows not stick out so much and let them be natural.

if, however, you really want to go with a deep brown, you might have to dye your eyebrows. i actually suggest using Panteen Dark or Light dye cream. its for streaks, and you leave it on for a while and then wash it out. it can be used for your eyerows. get a color for your eyebrows thats a little lighter than you want your hair *eyebrows are always lighter*.

ask a professional about the color choices if your cautious to start dying places.

I wouldn't dye your eyebrows but if you do, don't dye them to dark brown. I notice in pictures of celebrities that if they are really originally blonde, there eybrows are still a light brown. But anyway, instead of dying them just use an eyebrow pencil. Its really easy to do and that way your brows will always be the same! ~hope this helps

I don't recommend dying your eyebrows, have you thought about penciling on top of them, once you learn how to do it, it can look great. I have seen more than a few peple who do it and you wouldnt know if they didnt tell you. And instead of going all the way brown, try some lowlights. It'll give you a change without looking too dark.

all you need to do is use some of the left over color on your eyebrows...aply with an old toothbrush.......it is better being blonde, though....blondes are more noticeable...brunettes blend in with the world too much....i would love to be blonde, but i have a strange Marsha Brady look to me that i just dont like when i'm blonde...

Try using an eyebrow pencil to lightly shade your brows, don't dye it anything to drastic. I would have a professional teach you how to shade so it looks natural.

okay so i went from blonde to brown recently i just chose a brown with a hint of red the red takes away from your eyebrows.

Chill. I'll bet your naturally perfect. You may not know it, but many men prefer women who don't mess around with themselves too much. Too much messing around signals a lack of personal confidence. Men don't go for that.

And if you're out to please or impress other women, forget about it. Not possible.

I'd say chill on the self-indulgence. You're probably far more attractive that you allow yourself to see in a mirror.
