It's a really interesting question. It could be answered on so many levels. I could just say 'you're a human being' or 'you're leanne' or 'you're someone who uses Yahoo Answers'. But I guess you're wanting something more meaningful. There was a wonderful Larson cartoon which showed a bearded backpacker on a narrow ledge high up a mountain, face to face with a bowler-hatted city type. The caption read something like "high in the mountains, Martin finally found his true self". Joking apart, what is really meaningful is your own sense of yourself. To some extent, you get this by discovering how other people react to you, but looking within is also important. I don't mean THINKING about yourself (which usually goes round in circles and encourages self-criticism), but things like meditation, or singing, or writing poetry, or climbing mountains (not to meet your real self!). You get more of a sense of who you are when you touch those creative, 'soul', aspects of yourself. Of course, self-discovery is a journey that only ends with death - so enjoy the process and don't get too hung up on the outcome.....

You are a lady who is trying to get pregnant and I personally wish you all the luck in the world - by the way you can hang the picute anywhere on the fireplace wall, but I usually find that hanging things off centre by say twelve inches gives a better appeal of the said picture. Good Luck again with babies honey.

The more you try to perceive yourself the less there may be to see. That does not matter.

The people who may perceive you best are other people.

It is often suggested that each one of us has no definable person, but it is convenient and useful to society, and therefore to us, to assume that each of us is a person.
