a seed bank. do a search....

you're right...it's very illegal to import plant material and there's also the illegality of the whole bud thing to consider as well.

do a search for a dutch seed exporter. they've managed to work all the legal **** out...dunno how, but you'll be able to get them from there.

be warned. they are NOT cheap!
