the boyfriend thing-i dumped my ex 4 and a half months ago and I'm ready for someone...and i got this guy's # and I'm too shy to call him. what to do? It's Sunday and I got his Number on Thursday...a little help? I was thinking of asking to go out somewhere with him and his brother who also happens to be the best friend of one of my best friends.

My suggestion is that you call him within a couple of days. I know that you are shy, but honestly guys are shy too! It would be best to call him either tonight or tomorrow and just trying to start a short conversation and end it with asking him to hang out with you. When you two do get your plans I guess it would be best if you invite your best friend and his brother in-case you two cant strike anything up right away. Good luck.

I think you should call him. If you already got his number (and you got it from him) then he obviously wants to hang out at least. If you feel more comfortable in a group then maybe you should ask him if he wants to hang out with you and bring along so me of his friends and you could bring some of yours. Sometimes inviting the guy you are interested in brother gives the wrong impression (not always though). Hopefully everything works out for you, good luck!

once you experience precise you need to call him while you're apprehensive that he won't call you, tip would be dont be scared and in simple terms call him if he says confident that's vast for you because it might tutor you're actually not as shy as you concept you have been

If you got the number directly from him, call him. If you did not get his phone number from him, then I suggest you find a way to give him your number to call YOU.
Now you know how guys feel when they have a phone number and not sure if she likes him well enough to go out with him.

send him a text message first to break the ice, if u are too shy...its a nice way to communicate. and you can call him in due time depending on the responses he gives back to u...

ask him to go somewhere like......the movies with you and your friends, so its not akward. After that you should not be so shy with calling or he might call you. If your to shy, ask one of your friends ( if they have his number) maybe a guy, to ask hhim to go somewhere with you.
