Rashy skiin!?

Well its been a while and my arm like where the muscle is its all rashy and stuff its a lil lilke goosbumps and i cant find a cream to cure it! does anyone know a website that you can buy cream online for my skin!

I have had a lot of creams for it but it didnt help!

Not all rashes are created equal, and only a dermatologist or possibly your regular doctor can determine this. It's possible that it is a bacterial rash, in which case an antibiotic ointment would clear it ip. But again, only a doctor can tell you for sure.
