money order status check?

If somebody has already cash my money order can i still file for a claim even its been cashed..

If the money order had been stolen and cashed by someone other than who it was made out to, you may be able to file a claim.

If the money order was cashed by the person/company that you made it out to - then no you cannot legally file a claim on it.
