Go to a cheap drugstore like Walgreens and get a back washer. You know, a long handled sponge for washing your back.

Wash it like you would your face.

Maybe wear a white t-shirt at night (because these creams bleach clothes) and use the sponge to apply a little Clearasil.

For the scarring try mederma.

Buy a loofa or "poof" on a long handle from your drug or discount retail store so that you can reach your back. Try using an exfoliating body wash or even an apricot scrub. St Ives black head control works well for acne. If theres someone willing to, have them apply an OTC topical acne medication on your skin since it's hard to reach back there.
If you sweat alot remember to shower as soon as possible after you are done exercising or working. Don't scratch at them because that can force bacteria deeper into your pores making acne worse. For the scars an OTC remedy called Mederma might help reduce the appearance but you might want to consider seeing a dermatologist too. Remember to use a sunscreen that doesn't clog pores.

Hi, Depends on how severe the acne is and exactly what problems are causing it. The root cause will be a hormone imbalance. Typically excess testosterone. There are herbal medications that can help reduce excess testosterone the one that has been most successful in clinical trials has been saw palmetto. If you go to a dermatologist they will prescribe you with antibiotics, this may help you in the short term by taking the acne away but as it only suppresses the symtoms and doesn't treat the underlying cause the acne will return. Topical treatment i.e facial washes cleansers and lotions can ASSIST in maintaining your skin they will not take acne away unless you have very mild acne. A healthy diet is also key i know alot of people say that diet has nothing to do with acne but i have suffered acne and it definetly does. If you have a hormone imbalance which is the underlying cause of all acne then its most likely too that your liver and kidneys are overworked there for not being able to expel the toxins properly and instead they go through the largest filtration organ in the body the skin. You need to detox, maintain a healthy diet, and speed up liver function. Best way to do it is eat alot of fibre and do colonics, also fasting is brilliant when done properly. And there are also many vitamin and herbal supplements you can take to help you detox such as milk thistle and burdock root and eat a diet full of fruit and veg. Roaccutane acts by reducing skin oil with like a chemical vitamin A as high levels of vitamin a stop the body producing as much, that is not healthy hence all the side effects. However you can do this naturally by eating foods that are rich in beta-carotene (which converts into vitamin A in the body) but because its natural you can consume as much as you want through food. here are some fruits and vegatables that are rich in beta-carotene.
and the amount of beta carotene they contain
Amount Food Item Beta Carotene (mg)
1/2 cup Broccoli-Boiled-Drained 645.84
1/2 cup Carrots-Slices-Frozen-Boiled-D... 6,279.46
1/2 cup Spinach-Frozen-Boiled 4,386.15
1 cup Spinach-Raw-Chopped 1,196.40
1/2 cup Broccoli Florets-Raw 634.38
1/2 cup Collards-Frozen-Boiled 3,049.80
1/2 cup Sweet Potato-Peeled after Baking 13,092.00
1/2 cup Acorn Winter Squash-Boiled-Mashed 189.51
1/2 cup Butternut Winter Squash-Baked Cubes 4,270.15
1/2 cup Hubbard Winter Squash-Raw Cubes 1,864.12
1/4 cup Dried Apricot Halves-Uncooked 1,403.35
1/2 cup Apricots-Raw-Halves 1,206.68
1/2 cup Apricots w/ Skin-in Juice-Canned Halves 1,229.76
1/2 cup Cantaloupe/Muskmelon-Cubes 1,536.00

As for the scars
Also depending on how severe the scars are there are many different treatment that you can try. Milder flat scars with basically just discolouration you could try a bleaching cream. If the scars are slightly more severe or you want to get rid of them a bit faster you could try chemical peels, If scars are really severe or you have hypertrophic or keloid scarring which is raised scarring then you could try chemical peels, laser resurfacing, scar revision (which is surgery when the entire scar is cut out and skin sew back together similiar to skin graphs). Punch grafting if it is icepick scaring which is the like scar revision. Or again if it is keliod scaring (raised scars) steriod injection directly into the scar can help flatten it over time. All of these treatment would be performed by a cosmetic surgeon and can be quite pricey.
If your scars are'nt very severe then you could try chemical peels at home they can be bought quite cheaply, are simple to do and for milder peels such as gylcolic, lactic, and fruit acid peels there is no down time. TCA peels can also be performed at home but i would'nt recommend them for a first time user. If you want to try the peels start off with the milder ones. TCA also has a recovery period of about a week when the skin is actually peeling, whereas the milder peels don't actually peel they are just a deep exfoliation, so they basically just speed up the skins natural process. They also leave skin looking great just like a facial. Once your more experienced with the peels you could then try TCA for a deeper peel. Also Gycolic acid and fruit acid peels also shrink the pores for upto a few days after you have used it. here are some websites that should be of use.

a combination of perspiration from physical activity and the friction from tight-fitting clothing is said to be the number one cause for body acne.
you will find that most topical body acne products contain either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. benzoyl peroxide is a bleaching agent used to kill the bacteria found in acne while minimizing the oil acne produces. salicylic acid is a white crystalline substance that aids in the breakdown of whiteheads and blackheads. another ingredient found in many body acne products is retinol. retinol is an unsaturated alcohol found in fish-liver oils and is used to help exfoliate dead skin cells. keep in mind that most over the counter acne products take at least two to three weeks before you will begin seeing results, so keeping with your acne skin care regimen is very important.
an easy way to prevent body acne in the first place is to shower right after any physical activity. besides ridding yourself of sweat and body odors, showering also allows you to wash away any excess oil and open up skins’ pores. a gentle body acne cleanser or exfoliant is ideal for removing excess oil caused by acne.
another easy way to prevent body acne is by wearing loose clothing made from breathable fabrics such as cotton or linen, especially during workouts.
if you find that over-the-counter medications are just not working for you, your local dermatologist may be able to prescribe an oral antibiotic or stronger topical medication. however, no acne medication whether prescribed or over the counter will give you instant results but over time it will work.
as for the scars there are many treatments available but they all would have to be done at a dermatologist office. check out this website it gives some treatment options. http://zenmed.com/acne/acne_treatments/acne_scar_treatment.htm
good luck!
