get outside get fresh air, eat properly, take up some kind of regular exercize dont care what it is just get active. from personal experience i can tell you when i get laid off in the winter i have no energy. but as soon as i get outside and get moving again i get more energy. You could be some one like me and just cant sit need a job that keeps you moving. As long as im up and moving im fine when i sit down all i want to do is sleep. dry eyes, commercials say use eye drops.

Unfortunately the best way to feel more energetic is to get more exercise. If your diet is full of junk food, fried & spicy foods try & eat a little healthier - more veggies and take a multivitamin & vitamin B12 every day.
