how dose a poor man get help in mo. if he has no money and has filed for his dissabilty. and hasent got an answer for 2 years

Many churches offer assistance to people with those problems. I would encourage that person to also take actions instead of waiting for an answer for another year. Seek out disability consultants/attorneys. I know that most of them only get paid when/after you win your disability benefits.
