Prom's a month-and-a-half away and I was hoping for a really creative way to ask a girl out...

Have a friend carry you in a card board box, and then when it's lunch time or something he can put you down next to her, and then you can pop out holding a sign in your hand that says "will you go to prom with me :)?"

You could give her an "Invitation" along with the following written story:
Once upon a time there lived a Fair Maiden who lived in the Kingdom of (insert your city/town name). She was adored and worshiped by a Handsome Squire who had the task of convincing her to go to the (Junior/Senior whatever) Prom with him.
So the Prince went on a quest to find the answer of how to ask his Fair Maiden.
He looked high and low, far and wide until he found the village Crone, Pixie. So wise was this Crone that she knew right away what the Handsome Squire needed, and handed him this letter, in which, contains the magickal request to you now.
You may answer the Handsome Squire with a kiss of acceptance. This action will assure that the night will be magickal and memorable as the Crone did bless the invitation with a Good Luck Spell.

go for romance. Just about every girl dreams of romance when thinking of her prom night..including the invitation.I say flowers should be involved even if it is a single rose. If you can find out what her favourite flower is, it will win you brownie points.send her an old fashioned invitation which she will receive at a moment when you are with her. write it in old fashioned pen and ink and seal it with a wax seal. the above mentioned invitation withthe fairy tale like story was a good idea.This will show her that you are romantic but also wanted to go with her enough to go to extra effort. Its all in the details.If you have the cash to spare and are pretty confident she will say yes, you could also include a gift certificate to her favourite salon/spa to primp and pamper herself for the big night. If she declines, you could always give the gift certificate to her mom or to what ever lovely young woman you end up going with in the end.If you want to make aa real impression on this girl, find out as much about her as you can, favourite things, likes and dilikes etc and incorporate them in the invitaion some how. be a gentleman and be sincere.the prom is never what we expect it to be so what ever you can do to make it the romantic affair girls dream of will win you favour with the lucky young lady.

Have some Flowers, and Chocolates delivered to her at school. In the Flowers, place an invitation to the Prom. Make sure to leave your name, and put a sweet message about why you like her on it.

It probably depends on how well the night goes. As she probably won't expect anything more then going to the dance unless you ask her out on a second date. You should know, although I am a girl, I have never been asked to a dance. But that is what I have observed from watching all my guy friends ask girls out. Good luck! Hoped that helped

Carve it in your chest and rub pen ink into the wounds. Honestly! The most romantic thing a guy could do for a lady is use his OWN imagination to ask a girl to the prom, hell, walking up and saying "Uhh, hey. Wanna go to the prom?"

2. Draw a chalk outline of yourself outside the person's house. Then leave a note with your name and all of the information on it that says, "I'd die to go to ________ with you."

Take her out to eat and look into her eyes and say I would love to take you to the prom then take a long walk and talk..Have fun.. It is all in the eyes and smile it would be cute if you buy her a little bear.....

Let's say her name is Rachel.
You are at the store or at school or the zoo or whatever and you have her go to the restroom or giftshop or whatever. Using a megaphone or whatever get everyone to cooperate. When Rachel comes back everyone shouts
WILL YOU GO TO THE PROM WITH (your name), RACHEL!?

you can make a puzzle or scavenger hunt.
Or another cute idea would be to buy a big bag of tootsie rolls (or any candy) and take one out and put a note inside the wrapper and wrap it back up and have her look for it.
Or decorate her car.
or in a fortune cookie.
