THE CHEWING OF GUM IS GOOD FOR STIMULATING SALIVARY FLOW. A GUM WHICH IS SUGAR FREE IS BETTER STILL. THE BEST ONE WOULD ALSO BE ONE WHICH DOESN'T STICK TO DENTAL WORK.
TRIDENT DOES ALL THREE!

It's not that it's good for you teeth, it's that the gum pulls the food particles out between them. Which is why the say it is better then not brushing them. The best thing to do is brush them. Some gums will harm more than others. Trident is sugarless. This will not harm as much as sugar filled gum will

Any sugarless gum is good. It increases the salivary flow and helps to cleanse your mouth.

I don't think any gum is good for you. If you knew about all of the knats that flew all around where the gum is made and got mixed up into the batch you would'nt chew it again.

it's good for your teeth but bad for your stomach.....chewing activates your saliva, which activates your stomach acid, because your body thinks you are eating so it prepares itself for the food. It also causes gas.

also, it can ruin your dental work, you can loose your fillings.
