Does anybody know if there is a free 24hrs a day 7days a week service that I could call to get help with graphics drivers!!! Three user accounts on PC, one works mostly okay but the other two are srewed. If you right click on the desktop it freezes up. Microsoft says I need to install driver updates and sends me to the Intel* web site that tells me they don't deal with those drivers anymore. What the H#%L? Really not sure what to do.

I probably did not even explain the problem right and my luck nobody will be able to make sense of it. Sorry!!!!

First, list your computer model number, "on the back of the pc, underneath for laptop"....someone may be able to find your drivers if they know what your computers model number is.....

Another alternative is Drivers Headquarters.....Its a one time fee that allows you to run a program on your pc, and can retrieve all the drivers for your pc from the internet.....I have an account with them and have used it many times after being infected with a virus, or if I decide to do a fresh Windows install....it makes life much easier.....

Update: If you want, shoot me an email or I.M. me your computer model and ill try to locate your driver.....

first i want to know the operating system you have and the hardware specification .but generally you can make both of system scan and virus scan then download the latest driver of your hardware from the vendor website if this too hard to reach the vendor website or if you hardware is old you can go to
http://members.driverguide.com/
search for your driver and try to install it .
ii would appreciate your feed back
