okay theres this girl sandra right and shes really cool and i like her but i dont want to ask her out or make a move on her because i dont want her to think im stupid or weird do how should i tell if she likes me or not?

This is sooo typical of a guy. Go for it! Women like it when the guy is willing to take the risk of rejection from them & they normally say yes anyway. Please take the risk, girls like it. aif it doesn't work 4 her it will appeal to others as well. Good Luck!! :0)
If u do the grabbing the **** thing I will personally hunt you down & kick you in the jimmy, however many times it takes for your jimmy to fall off! Don't grab, that will seem weird & perverted.

Smile a lot and see how she responds. Personally, I don't think you would seem stupid or weird if you ask her out. Chances are that she'll be flattered.

The best way is to just go for it, I can tell you this I never thought a guy was stupid for asking me out, it just meant they have good taste!

well talk to her off handily about how she feels about you. don't be too straight forward about it. also don't be persistent about it. that just may scare the girl off. you can also talk to her about your feelings and then see what happens from there. i hope that she does like you though.
