its like he ate them off... now there is white discharge and no balls... does anyone know why???

Maybe the dog ate them since this is the DOG section.

In warm conditions or when he is asleep, a male hamster will let his balls drop out. He will pull them back when he is active, or sometimes if you lightly touch one. The discharge may just be to mark territory or urine. Is there another hamster around? If it persists and is there continously see a vet. You're certain it's male?

Did you get them taken off? Maybe your dog ate um. or a wild animal.

Do you have him with another hamster?
One time someone gave us some rabbits that they didn't bother to separate. After I received them and separated them, I noticed that the buck was neutered.
Maybe this happened to your hamster.
