the book is a mixture of both biblical principles and philosophies of men (business practices), and that it is a removal from the foundation the apostles built for the church to stand on? (Isa 30:1)

From personal experience it is a life changing book. There is no removal from the apostles foundations, it is simply how to live out what we believe in every day life out side of the church walls. How to give account of what you believe in every day language. If you read something with the purpose of finding fault you will always find the fault and not see what God is saying to you, perhaps you have an unteachable spirit, God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble.

Do you know what your purpose is?

Yes I agree that the book is both a mixture of Biblical principles and philosophies of men, but I do not agree with the latter part. You have to understand that Biblical principles work, no matter who applies them. And for the purpose of the book, I think the author applied the mixture very well for daily living.

And your point is?
Is the point that the Bibble was plagurized and cannot be swiped any more?
Is your point that ONLY the Bibble has good stuff written therein?
Is your point that no more Bibble stuff can be written?
What's the deal, all the good stuff was written and nothing more can be written or done?
Haven't you got a clue that Bibble writers could not even dream about Yahoo Answers.
BTW, do you know who wrote the Bibble and why? Clue: It wasn't for God to use man for His personal needs.

Never read it, I figured he's about the same as Osteen's stuff.

Dr. Ed Young Sr. preached today that our purpose in life and in Heaven is worship, worship in all things we do, even in our daily routine. So if Warren's book means we should be worship-driven, then okies, sounds good to me. If he means money, then boo hiss lol

It is the biggest load of drivel ever constructed.
Lunacy. Madness dressed up as philosophy.
Accepting this idiot's suggestions is a sure sign of mental incapacity.
