I usually just have to move on because when a girl pursues the guy (or at least when I do) it doesn't work out. But you could always become such good friends with him that you feel comfortable enough taking it further.

I'm not exactly a take-charge kind of girl, so when I have a crush, I just keep on crushing and admire from afar. I would try to talk to him and get to know him better.

if it feels more than just a crush i keep quite about it for a very long time. if the person likes me back then i talk to them about it and then see what happens from there.

try to find out if he likes u. or tell him how u feel ( after a while and when ur ready ) its scary but worth it!
