It's normal for people to shave their pubic hair. Mostly females do because of clothing reasons like bikinis or just cause it looks good. But guys do it as well for pretty much the same reasons, minus the bikini. Shaving the area is ok but the reason for hair is like a shield that keeps any bacteria or the like from getting on the skin or anything to protect from infections. You're more likely to get infections without the hair present, but if you're a really clean person this should not be that big of a problem. People do it all the time so it can't be that harmful or risky I'm guessing. Not from my experiences.

If it is uncomfortable to then you definately shaving may be a just right suggestion. Preserve in intellect when shaving you should always shave in the identical path the hair is growing. So if the hair grows downwards shave downwards this may occasionally intent less inflammation and itching when it starts to grow again in. And continuously use a brand new razor everytime you shave that field or you could get epidermis infections down there. Believe me i know from expertise! It can be no longer enjoyable. However in the event you are trying what I mentioned you should have the least amount of problems! Hope this helps!

These days some women choose to shave that area. However, no woman HAS TO shave that area. In fact, it itches like the dickens as the hair grows back. Hair is put on the body for protection, for the skin. At least in certain areas of the body.

Youre not supposed to, but it doesnt hurt.
Just keep it neat and clean, dont go bald unless your legs are hairless as well.
You cant have hairless junk with hairy legs.
Also just think if you get a friend that wants to do bad things to you, do you want her to be grossed out by overly long hairs tickling her nose or getting in her mouth? I highly doubt it as that would more than likely make the occasion end rather quickly.
Its not gay, its not straight. Its a personal choice.
Just take a freaking head trimmer, or beard trimmer, and keep it tight. But again bald and hair legs dont mix.
Trust me when I first started doing this, I looked like a complete fool, freaking spotless and then Ive got freaking hair on my thighs and legs.
And well who the hell wants to look like a baby all hairless, the hair is your man hood, dont throw it all away!

I can't stand to have long pubic hair. It itches. I shave down to the top of my "area" and fairly close along the sides too. I cut the other hair with scissors so it's pretty short too. I guess you can do what you want.

I'm 32 and started shaving my pubes about 5 years ago. The girls seem to like it and it also makes my penis seem a little larger. I leave a little hair on top... I think this is the norm. I also shave my ****** hairs and find that it is easier to wipe my butt that way.

Personally, shaved pubic hair on a man is borderline gay. I would suggest TRIMMING if you feel like your overgrown, but clean shaving is a NO NO!

Well, if you want to know what GIRLS prefer. Usually trimmed, not shaved. We don't like the jungle or the desert. Totally shaven is a little creepy.
