The Bush Administration doesn't want to seal the border. If the the government enforced it's immigration laws, no one would be able to sneak from anywhere. I don't agree with a fence or wall. A landmine field at the border would definitely fix that problem.

Most Cubans are against illegal immigration, without realizing that they are legalized wetbacks themselves. But you are right, a wall is not the solution, Hispanics are too clever for that.
