You need to get an apprenticeship. They're hard to come by, but you can get started now.

Take courses on first aid, CPR, blood borne pathogens, and anything else that seems relevant offered in your community. Tattoo conventions will often offer more specific courses, sometimes open to the public. Take anatomy courses (usually offered at a community college)

Learn what you can about piercings, through BME and other sources. It's good to know the names of different piercings, and the basics.

Get involved in the community, through message boards, befriending people in the industry, etc. Its quite often a matter of who you know. If you're old enough, get some piercings. It's a great way to meet piercers.

If you're over 16 or so, ask at a local studio if they need a receptionist. You can't really start piercing until you're 18, but you can sometimes get your foot in the door when you're younger

Depending on how old that you are, if you knew somebody that did tattooing and piercing, you could go and hang out with them and watch them do it. And depending on how serious you are about it they would probably teach you. The only way to go about accomplishing anything is by practicing. I'm sure there are also classes out there you can take on that.

One or two on the ear is all you need ( FOR GIRLS ONLY )
If you are a guy with a piercing it looks gay.
