I found a beagle stranded on the side of the road about 2 months ago. I picked her up took her home and now shes my pet. I put up signs and took her to the vet and the vet said she may be pregnant. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how you can be positive is she is or not?

IF the vet says so it probably is true. Beagles are notorious for problem births, keep a close eye on her, and if she is and you still have her, take her to the vet when she is ready to birth. He'll be able to help if she needs it.

Your gonna have to have an ultrsound to make 100% postive is the only way.

If you have had her for 2 months, it should be very apparent by now that she is or isn't pregnant. They are only pregnant for 58-65 days. She should have them within the next week if she is pregnant, and got pregnant as just before you picked her up. Or she could have had the pups and you found her? and she still looks big?

If you have had her for 2 months, it should be very apparent by now that she is or isn't pregnant. They are only pregnant for 58-65 days, so 8 weeks x 7 days = 56, She should have them within the next week if she is pregnant, and got pregnant as just before you picked her up.

Please do not use a ask your self collar! a number of the time it finally ends up making the placement worse. And this is truly inhumane. ask your self collars have a danger of doing inner harm and might harm unborn puppies. there's a pair strategies to coach a canines to not bark. the simplest way, that i hit upon affective, would sound unusual, besides the shown fact that it works. educate your canines to communicate on command, then say quit. whilst the canines stops you provide the canines a cope with, like a bite of poultry. shop repeating this till you think of that's adequate preparation for the day. in case you are attempting this for roughly 2 weeks and you will desire to locate the barking getting much less and much less. If it does not, proceed doing it for roughly one extra week and then if it does not artwork, touch me and that i visit record different plausible techniques for you. To touch me, purely digital mail me and that i visit make certain what i will do for you.

If she was pregnant when you found her you would be able to feel puppy's by "palpating" her. If she got out since you got her you might just have to wait in order to tell.
From experience tho', it is pretty easy to tell when a Beagle is pregnant.

A vet should be able to tell you by looking at ultrasounds, or just feeling the abdominal area.

it takes 63 days. by 4 weeks she should be looking fuller around the middle. by another 1week the glands should be full of milk by the end of the 6 weeks. she would be ready to have the puppies. it could also be a false pg. have her spayed then you would not have to worry.
